According to several studies, 85% of AI Proof of Concepts never make it to full deployment. This highlights the importance of selecting the right use cases and technologies before moving forward.

At GALIA, we have chosen a collaborative approach, leveraging the experience of our members. With 40 years of digital expertise, we have initiated a knowledge-sharing initiative to exchange best practices, address key challenges, and explore relevant technologies.

🎯 Our goal? Help our members to identify impactful solutions that will drive real improvements in the supply chain and the technologies that can support them.

We have already outlined an initial roadmap for 2025, with our first topic focusing on how AI can improve scheduling reliability.
