GALIA is controlled by a Steering Board of 17 members (2 Stellantis , 2 Renault, 1 Renault Trucks, 9 OEMs, 3 observers).
The General Assembly brings together all members annually to validate the accounts, approve the budget and vote on resolutions.
The Extraordinary General Assembly is exceptionally constituted to decide on matters having an impact on the Statutes of the Association.
