Support for transformations in the Automotive Industry

In a context of structural (CO2 regulations, digitization, use of mobility) and economic changes (market decline, Covid-19 crisis), a large number of manufacturers have already anticipated the situation. However, some companies (mid-size and SMEs) are sometimes in a situation of fragility or even survival. To respond to this, the French Automotive & Mobilities Platform (PFA) and State (Direction Générale des Enterprises) are setting up a support system for manufacturers, thanks to missions funded up to 80%. It consists of two parts: a strategic and / or operational analysis and a support for the implementation of actions.
