GALIA’s Strategic Plan Update

🎯 As we do annually, we have updated our three-year strategic plan, aligning it with the priorities of the automotive industry, as represneted by the members of our Board of Directors.

The 2025-2027 edition is now available! It builds on the previous plan while introducing a few refinements:

✅ We will intensify the sharing of best practices on targeted topics. In the coming weeks, we will launch initiatives to engage our members and identify priority areas for discussion this year.

✅ We are reopening a working group on risk management. While significant progress has been made on capacity risks through the Collaborative Forecasting project, we will now extend our focus to other types of risks.
