Transitioning from our current, very flexible diesel truck network will require significant adaptations across the supply chain, but we’re up for the challenge!

2. Business Levers and Best Practices: Identifying the right levers within our company processes is crucial. From optimizing logistics to implementing best practices (think fill rate optimization, transport design enhancements, and more), we’re committed to minimizing CO² emissions.
3. Technological Benchmarking: We’re exploring cutting-edge transport technologies. Whether it’s fleet electrification, biofuels, or multimodal solutions, our goal is clear: reduce CO² emissions across the board, while keeping a flexible, just-in-time supply chain.
