New recommendation: “Typology of physical transport flows”

Developed within the GALIA “Automotive Transport User Group” as a preliminary to other topics in progress, the “Typology of physical transport flows” GALIA recommendation (French version) provides a description of the transport schemes implemented in the automotive industry.

This overview describes their main characteristics, the flow breaks (stages) and the sharing of responsibilities between supplier and customer.

It is embodied in an Excel document provided as an attachment that users can adapt it to transport patterns according to their own context.
